      How soon after I place my order will I receive my signs?

      Once you place your order and pay for it, you will receive a proof generally within 2 business days. Once your proof is approved, production generally takes 2-3 business days.  We do offer expedited shipping.  If you have a specific date that you need your order, please CALL us to let us know.  Orders for ADA signs, flags, photo backdrops, and custom signs can take longer (see section below regarding supply chain issues).   

      How long will it take to receive a proof?  

      Proofs are generally delivered via email within 2 business days of the order placed and paid for.  Proofs of bus graphics may take up to 3-4 business days due to the nature of the project.  

      I need a sign that I don’t see on the website.  How do I order a custom sign?

      We’d be happy to produce a custom sign for you.  Please see the “Custom Orders” section of our website.  Please be aware that you may be required to submit a Special Marketing Request to Primrose for your custom sign.  

      Are any of your products affected by current supply chain delays?

      Availability of hardware for wind flags, banner stands and photo backdrop is fluctuating.  If you'd like to order any of these items, please contact us via email at 309@fastsigns.com or call us at 404.255.3278 to determine if the item you wish to order is available.

      What is the process to order new graphics for my bus?

      Please see the Contact section of our website to download the bus measurements form and bus information form.  Please complete the forms and then email them to us at 309@fastsigns.com as well as pictures of all four sides of the bus.  Please include your contact information on the email. 

      Pictures must be taken straight on to allow us to see any obstructions that would prevent putting graphics in those areas (i.e. lights, gas cap door, reflectors/reflective tape, etc.)

      Please also provide the address where the completed bus graphics should be shipped, as well as the name, email address and phone number of the person who will be receiving the graphics.

      Once we receive all requested information, we will develop a graphics layout proof generally within 2-3 business days.  Requests for proof changes will be provided generally within 24 business hours.

      Once the graphics layout proof is approved, we will produce and ship the graphics to you.  Production normally occurs within 2-5 once the proof is approved.  Orders for multiple sets of bus graphics can take longer.

      Can you release artwork to my local FASTSIGNS?

      Due to the proprietary nature of its brand, Primrose Schools has asked us to not release Primrose artwork to anyone.  Please direct any questions you may have regarding this to your school marketing contact.
